- Manage end to end customer life cycle, from customer on-boarding to post service engagement with customers.
- Coordinating with vendors to ensure quality service to customers.
- Manage escalated service concerns received from customers.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Responsible for end to end lead conversion.
