If a cancellation request is initiated within 1 calendar day (ex, if a relocation is scheduled to start on 20th of August, the cancellation request is received on or after 19th August 12:00:00 AM) from commencing relocation, the refunds will depend as per the efforts that have been put to execute relocation successfully. While we always try our best to arrange highest possible value of the refund, refunds will vary case to case.
